Your exact coverage allowance depends on the plan you’re enrolled in. Many Quartz vision plans cover one pair of children's prescription eyeglasses per benefit year at no charge with an in-network provider, and some of the newer Quartz vision plans include a $100 credit for adult prescription eyeglasses. Eye exams with Quartz vision insurance range from no charge with an in-network provider for one routine children's eye exam per benefit year to exams with a $20-$75 copay per visit.
