I am writing this review because of the great customer service that I received From Emma and Anna. Finding prescription safety frames that fit me comfortably was really difficult. I had been to multiple places (over seven) and none of them had anything that fits. let me say my current frame size is 68-18-125 the Wiley X Boss. I was getting really discouraged as I had a time frame from my job to get safety glasses. They ordered the frames an filled my prescription. It took a few tries to get my lenses made correctly, but well worth the wait. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do, I would have experienced really bad customer service or really great customer service. This was definitely Great Customer Service. This was the first place that I had been too that had at least several frames that fit me. I definitely will be going back. Emma and Anna, Thank you both for the great customer service.

I needed to make several trips to the store because of some insurance issues, Carmen was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew me each time. I also worked with Emma, the manager. She really went to bat for me when I needed it! Staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband will be using their services in the near future.

I accidentally sat on my glasses, knocking the lenses out of alignment, and took them to the Wisconsin Vision at 12325 W. Burleigh Street in Wauwatosa. The young Optometrist, Ethan, promptly secured them back in no time and refused my offer to pay him. He was very nice and very professional, and I will be going back there in 2024 for a new pair of glasses. Outstanding service!!!!!

Came here to fix my boyfriend’s glasses because the screw had busted and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently for nothing in return. Truly warm and compassionate service by Ethan and Emma! Will definitely keep this place in mind when I’m back shopping for new glasses!

Had eye exam done at Wisconsin Vision Brookfield and chose glasses at Wauwatosa location. All employees were professional and helpful, but Daksh A. at Wauwatosa office was outstanding. Helped me choose frames and thoroughly explained difference between lense options. I appreciated his honest "youthful" opinion when selecting frames. Would definitely return and ask for Daksh.

I worked with Alyssa on Tuesday I found her engaging, informative about the "new" technology and the reasoning behind the change. Alyssa was genuine "took care of the customer (me)" not only was the eye exam process explained in detail so were the discounts. Ayssa asked about my likes, dislikes reference the last pair of glasses purchased (2019--Ted Baker) before directing me on the floor. I tried on some glasses, Ayssa was honest with her feedback from no, too small to a big grin! Glasses (2) were purchased. Thank you, Alyssa!!!

I just came from Wisconsin Vision on 124th and Burleigh from having my glasses fixed, which was not an easy fix. Ashley Vance went out of her way to fix my glasses! She was so patient and kind. She did not show an ounce of frustration, but was very calm and relentless in solving my problem. She accommodated me when she didn't have to go the extra mile! Ashley, I thank you for your kindness, patience and professionalism. You are "tha bomb!" I definitely will bring my business to Wisconsin Vision and hope to see Ashley again!

After a horrible experience with Stanton Optical on 124th and Capitol Dr, I went to Wisconsin Vision. I was met by the store manager Autumn. Autumn was F&%$ AWESOME! I informed Autumn I already had a prescription; I just needed frames; from the moment I entered the store, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and felt like Wisconsin vision wanted my business. Autumn was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I highly recommend visiting this location for Optical care.

I came to Wisconsin Vision to check out frames and a possible discount through WPS, my Medacare Supplement. Carmen allowed me to wander about and explained their careful Covid practices. I shared my questions which she attentively listened to and answered . She helped me narrow down choices. It was old fashioned service and a light ,fun atmosphere. Brandye was very helpful in assisting me with my prescription. She was able to look up my insurance quickly and let me know i needed an eye exam and scheduled me right away. there was an incredibly rude customer in front of us and she handled it very professionally.

I chose this location several weeks ago as it was the closest place to my home and I needed help in a hurry and on a Saturday no less. The helpful staff was able to replace the monofilament line that had broken on my glasses and had me out the door in no time. And at no charge! Can't beat that for service! I'll definitely be returning here for my future eyeglass needs.

My wife sat on my glasses and I brought them in to get fixed without an appointment. They quickly fixed the glasses and even cleaned them, within 5 minutes and I was out the door. From the time I called and spoke with Jacob, who was SUPER friendly and courteous over the phone, until the time spent with Brandye and Audrey, helping my mother choose her eyeglasses, the staff were absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond to offer my mother and I STELLAR customer service. I had an eye issue that I had went to urgent care for, but was strongly recommended that I go see an eye doc. I called my usual WI Vision location - Elm Grove - and got beyond terrible customer service and no help. I tried calling the Burleigh location, where I got to speak to Jacob who was incredibly helpful and personable. I understood that many of the locations were very booked but Jacob took the time to call around and help in finding me an open slot so I could get in ASAP, as urgent care had suggested. This will be my new preferred location going forward. Thank you, Jacob!!

This store is well out of my way and I still chose this location. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The manager always goes out of their way to make sure patient needs are met. I didn’t need glasses till the age of 45. Always had great vision but it was time. I went to Wisconsin Vision in Burleigh and they met my eye ware needs. Maritza was very patient with me and explained lots of different options for my glasses needs. I was very happy with their service, eye appointment and the quality of glasses.
