The doctor (Bob) was great and the staff really took great care of me. Felicia, Lori, and Dawn really took care of my glasses. Dawn even replaced the nose pads on my old glasses until my new ones were made. They really did an outstanding job.

I have always had a wonderful experience here and Dr. Mathaus gives a very relaxing vibe where he can make anyone comfortable. Felicia helped me pick out my new glasses and she hit it out of the ballpark!!! Never would I have even tried on the glasses she picked for me and I LOVE THEM!!!! Thanks so much Felicia! I picked up my new glasses last night and John took care of me. He is such a caring man and it was a great way to wrap up the entire glasses event! Thanks all! You are the reason my hubby and I keep coming back year after year!!!! ❤️

I had an eye exam in February and with the help of an associate I picked out a pair of glasses after trying the new glasses they just weren't quite right they tried adjusting them several times even redoing the lenses but still not quite right. John the manager suggested I have my prescription rechecked which the doctor did and said it was correct so John went above and beyond to make it right and had me pick out a frame that was the same size as my old frame and changed the type of lense and now my glasses are perfect! Thank you John for all your help and it payed off because my glasses are great and I can't thank you and your team enough! This is true customer service at it's best. Scott M

I went in to get new glasses along with bringing in my old pair. I explained my glasses had broken and was curious if they could fix them. I was told that the warranty has expired. I explained my situation on why I couldn’t get them repaired. I was told they would look into getting the parts for them. A week later John (the store manager) gave me a call told me they couldn’t fix them due to not coming wth a certain part. He then followed up with he was willing to still take the old pair and exchange them for a the same frames but new. As a Veteran and someone who was unable to come in due to being gone this was a prime expample of being above average. Thank you John for your help and I will absolutely be appreciative of your kindness and understanding.

Highly recommend this location. I’ve been getting my eye exams and glasses here for 16 years. I am extremely nearsighted. Dr Mathaus is excellent and thorough, and has identified a few potential issues early, and understands when to refer me to a specialist (my specialist actually encouraged me to continue to get my annual exams with Dr Mathaus, while seeing the specialist for more specific issues). The opticians are also excellent. Everyone I’ve dealt with is great. In particular, Michael has been dealing with me for 16 years and is outstanding.

I went to Wisconsin Vision and Anna provided exceptional customer service making this experience truly great. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions. Anna was so welcoming and informative about my eye prescription. I have to say she had excellent customer service. Wisconsin vision also had frames that other vision stores did not have. The prices are great and the frames are truly stylish. Thank you Wisconsin Vision!

I have purchased two pair of glasses in the past two 6 months. The first lady that helped me was nice as well as Michael when I picked up my glasses. Overall, my experience was good but the rest of the staff could improve on being more friendly. The lady that helped me with my second pair was not as friendly, seemed a little rushed when ordering my glasses. Yesterday, 12/29/23, I picked up my second pair of glasses and the lady that helped me was AWESOME!! She was from another location and was sooo nice! She was the perfect example of great customer service!! Love my glasses!!

I have been coming to Wisconsin Vision for almost 20 years and will only deal with Michael. He is one of the kindest people I know. I hate picking out glasses and he has always found me fun, sassy, and super cool glasses. Oh and by the way Dr. 4 Eyes is great also.

We love Wisconsin Vision! We followed Michael from Grafton years ago, and he still goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and well taken care of! We won’t choose glasses without him! We are also amazed at how Dr. Mathaus can remember our family when we only see him once a year! He always is also very thorough with his exam! I have to say this experience of getting my new glasses was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Dr Mathieus and Michael are very proficient and professional. My new glasses are so much better than my last pair(not from Wisconsin Vision). I highly recommend the Menomonee Falls Wisconsin Vision.

He always has taken the time to explain everything and what to expect with your new glasses.i know he is excellent when you go to a get together and mention you have a upcoming appointment there and other quests tell me to make sure I work with Michael. I was happy to say that I always try to be assisted by him. He has a big following so I really hope he doesn't go any where else to work. He deserves to be respected and paid well for his exceptional customer service. He would be great as a trainer to all employees in the Wisconsin Vision family. Thanks Michael!!!

I have been to several Wisconsin Vision locations. Most recently the Menomonee Falls location. First visit I had to finally get transition lenses (I am getting old so I wasnt looking forward to it). Michael K was outstanding. Very professional and helped ease my "pain" of growing old. Second time, I picked up a rock that shattered the stock lense in my costa sunglasses. Again Michael helped me through the process of getting prescription lenses installed, helped me identify the best lense color, etc for my needs. I normally don't do a lot of reviews but I was extremely impressed by the level of service and professionalism. The atmosphere and professionalism was on a different level in comparison to Aurora, etc. Nicely done Michael and staff at wisconsin vision.

I've always been impressed with the service. But last visit was especially out-of-the-ordinary. I'd been having trouble with one of the screws on the frames coming loose months after I bought the glasses. The first few times I tightened it myself, but then recently the screw fell out completely and was lost so I returned to WI Vision to have them reinstall a new one. Instead of just putting in another screw, they took the time (without me asking) to closely examine the problem and determined there was a slight flaw in the frame that was keeping one of the lenses from fitting properly. They immediately replaced the entire frame for me, and charged me nothing to do it, even though the frames were purchased many months ago. Wow! couldn't have been happier. Thanks for the great service!

Pretty good overall. Appointment always right on time. Dr. is knowledgeable and great patient interaction. Staff knows what they are doing. Only downside is they will try and get you to pay quite a bit for all the extras on glasses, better off getting those online. Never had any issues with contacts.

I was happily surprised at the great experience I had at this Wisconsin Vision. The customer service I received from Mindy was exceptional! She was patient and helped me find the frames I was looking for. She made the insurance portion painless and easy to understand. There was absolutely no pressure. I would and will definitely go back based on this visit.
