I have been coming here on and off for 25 plus years. I ordered prescription bifocal Ray ban sunglasses I cannot see distance out of them nor read street sign,as it is blurry. I came in to have this corrected and l was told by an native American young woman , sorry there's nothing we can do. I discussed this with her for 10 minutes or so. I had purchased them in March and it was May, way within the 90 days warranty, as was told to me by her. She said l didn't wait on you, or order your glasses lcan't do anything for you . This is unacceptable Why do l have to argue with your staff to give me a pair of prescription glasses l can see out if? June 7th l received excellent recovery service from Manager Lisa. All employees can model her customer service skills. I now have the glasses l came for initially

***Alexandria*** WoW! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. spoke with expertise an assurance in all that she said. Well-seasoned, and obviously experienced, and confident in her application of her knowledge and skills to help one select the smartest, and most sensible as well as desirable frame & lens and for all the right reasons. The whole time very casual, and relatable as she coaches you into arriving at THE BEST DECSION. I think your hands-down exceptional and artful at your job and then funny on top of all of that!!!!!!! It was such a great 1st time personal reading glasses purchase experience I wont forget Thanks Alex; see ya soon :)

My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Alex S! Alex was so professional and helpful! She made my first glasses experience so fun. She was honest, kind, and helpful in helping me pick a lens. Dr. John Meek and the entire staff at the Elm Grove Wisconsin Vision location are fantastic! Dr. Meek is very personable and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step into the exam room. He answered all of my questions and completed the exam thoroughly and quickly. I worked with Alex to pick out a new pair of glasses and she had great advice on how to choose a pair for my face shape, skin tone, etc. Things I have never thought about in the past when buying glasses so it was very welcome advice! She is super nice and very fun to work with and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I will continue to make this Wisconsin Vision location my top choice for all my eye care needs.

I am visiting family in Wisconsin and grew up in this area. I live in California and my lens dropped from the frame while flying. I stopped at Wisconsin Vision and I received the royal treatment to repair my glasses and allow me to see properly. The staff is friendly, service is great. Justin took care of me like I was a true VIP. I can't thank Justin enough for his genuine care and service. This is the place to go for your eye care needs. Can't beat Wisconsin for good people.

I had my eye exam done with Dr. Meek this afternoon. It was a pleasure having him take me through the exam and explain things as we went. Carlos also did a tremendous job guiding me through my options for lenses. Carlos was patient and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. They have a great team at this location, and I can't thank them enough.

I was extremely pleased with the personalized service I received from Sheldon, the store manager. He saved me $200 on frames by finding my allowance through my AARP Medicare supplement insurance policy. I was able to select a $200 frame at no cost to me. He and his assistant were patient as they showed me many frames that qualified until I selected one. Sheldon went above and beyond in his service to me. Completely satisfied!

I interacted with four employees, including the optometrist. All were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and astute. They treated me like a person and not just a number. It shows that they are trained decently. I plan to come back to this location in Elm Grove.

Great customer service! Glasses came quick and they worked with me to adjust them so it fits correctly. Kelly is amazing, she helped me find the perfect glasses and even broke down my insurance costs so I knew exactly what I was paying for. 10/10 would recommend

Great experience!! Just wanted to thank Dr. Meek and Emma at the Burleigh location and Kelly in Elm Grove. During the course of two days I interacted with a total of 6 Wisconsin Vision Employees. To a person, they were warm, knowledgeable. and completely customer oriented. In a time where good customer service really stands out, you guys are getting it right. Whoever sets the tone for this organization understands the customer experience. Not one bad thing to say. P.S. Wonderful experience! I usually dread shopping for glasses but the minute I walked into the Elm Grove location, I knew that it was going to a great experience. My husband and I were greeted warmly and Justin directed us to the glasses that would be a best fit. Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The entire staff was professional and kind. Stopped in on a whim this afternoon around 3 PM. Risha was alone in the store. She immediately greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Then …. the phone started ringing off the hook. She calmly answered every call, politely put people on hold, returned to the original customer (never rushing the conversation), apologized to all customers kept holding. I decided to purchase a pair of glasses and she was friendly and helpful with me, all the while answering phone calls. She informed me that she was “filling in” at this location …. well, she did a terrific job. Wisconsin Vision should be proud to have an employee like Risha.

I came today because I had a ripped contact stuck in my eye that I could not get out, they squeezed me in with Doctor Meek and he got it out within a few minutes and then also performed my contacts and glasses exam as I was due. Doctor Meek was very friendly and funny. I didn’t catch their names but the lady who checked me in was super friendly and the guy who checked me out was hilarious. I’ll definitely be staying with this office.

I came to Wisconsin Vision in 2021 because I was looking for a new optometrist. Today was my 2nd visit and I was not disappointed. The customer service is excellent and the optometrist on staff was awesome. Made me feel very welcome and was genuinely personable. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience purchasing glasses from Maria at this Wisconsin Vision location. I felt Maria genuinely cared about me finding the frames I was comfortable with. She was patient while I tried on multiple frames, honest in her assessment of what looked good on me and just generally made me feel comfortable. The store itself is clean and well stocked with lots of choices. Price wise they seemed fair enough that I didn't feel the need to "shop around" and I purchased immediately due to the great customer service Maria provided.

I had a great experience with Bela the associate was patient, honest and very helpful with me. I tried tons of glasses at the Wisconsin Vision on blue mound/ Elm grove. Bela provided excellent 100% customer service too me. She was professional and displayed excellent customer service. She is outstanding and shows she cares about what’s important to each customer that walks in the door. I am a hard candidate for wearing glasses and she made me feel confident wearing them. If you are someone like me please visit the Bluemound, Elm Grove location. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Alcesto is an exceptional optometrist and has a very caring, concerned demeanor. I (unfortunately) rudely asked about coming back a different day to get them swapped out. Had to go to work still, and it was 4pm which is always a busier time. The awesome woman up front popped them out and swapped frames faster than I could believe. Meant the world to me. And I sincerely believe they deserve the good review. I will ensure I'm not in a time crunch next time, because I really am that thankful. EDIT: I believe with certainty that if you're nice to others that other people will be nice back. Something to think about.

I got my Ray bans worked on when the plastic string broke. The customer service was excellent and my glasses were fixed in under an hour. They even included a sweet carrying case. Everything was free. 10/10 would recommend this place. Keep up the good work.

I had an eye exam here. I loved that the Doctor explain everything she did. Very comprehensive, yet gave me a choice on what test I wanted or needed. I then purchased both regular glasses and sunglasses. I received help when I had questions, but was allowed to look and try on without pressure. They ultimately helped me find glasses that looked good and are comfortable to wear. My prescription is perfect! Thank you to Wisconsin Vision and your kind and caring staff!
