I recently bought glasses at Wisconsin Vision in Appleton. Last week, there was a mishap and my glasses got bent. I took them in and they got them back into shape for me in less than 15 minutes and even replaced the nosepads with larger ones to correct a problem I'd been having with them sliding down on my nose. And there was no charge. Everytime I've gone in, they do an exceptional job and adjusting the fit of the glasses is always free.

I normally don't leave reviews, however, I feel I need to leave one in this instance. I needed to find a new place to purchase glasses. My eye Dr. doesn't take the insurance I have, and the place I was going to just up and closed. The moment I walked into Wisconsin Vision, I was greeted by the nicest people. They are very patient and helpful. Rob helped me out personally, with making the choice of what glasses to choose and the fitting. He was so nice-and fun! I don't think it took a full 2 weeks to get them. I didn't make an appointment when I needed to be seen-walk-ins are welcome and I never had to wait. The staff seem like they really enjoy what they're doing-helping people. I highly recommend Wisconsin Vision. Glad I found them.

Just completed my first visit at Wisconsin Vision. Moving from out of state, I was unsure of who to take care of my vision needs. The experience was by far the best I have ever had purchasing new glasses. The staff are all warm and welcoming from the second you walk in the door. Dr. Lund was patient and didn’t rush through my eye exam. Rob went out his way, pulling out what felt like every pair of glasses on the wall in efforts to help me find the perfect pair. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with getting eye glasses. (I've tried 5 other places in the Fox Valley and this is the best!) They have an incredible selection, the most helpful staff, and incredibly fast service. I appreciated the time that Terri spent with me finding the right frames - we tried on dozens of options and she gave me helpful feedback on each one. She also helped me understand what my insurance would cover. My new glasses arrived within a few days and are perfect, I've never been happier with a pair of glasses. I am very impressed with staff members at Wisconsin Vision. I have always found Terri, Rob, Amanda and Stephanie to be courteous, patient and helpful. To say that they are extremely competent, is to stress the obvious, but I believe it is in order to do so. Last, but not least, the same must be said about Dr. Wilson. I was so glad when my vision insurance changed and I could come back to Wisconsin Vision. All of the eye care professionals who work up front are friendly and helpful. Terri asked what style of glasses I was looking for and pulled several pairs for me while I had my appointment with the doctor. After seeing the doctor she helped me make a decision. The staff at Wisconsin Vision are the best hands down! I have been to other eye care facilities in the past, however, I moved out of state in 2018 and make sure to go out of my way to wait until I’m back in the area to have my eye care services done only here for great reason. All of the people at the three locations I’ve met and worked with have been absolutely wonderful to work with and provided outstanding customer service (which isn’t always the case, so truly-thank you). Joy in Oshkosh was an absolute complete JOY all the way around on my first visit- so pleasant, kind, and helpful. Brooklyn in Green Bay was amazing to work with through the entire visit- we laughed so much, and she was very through and detailed. Also my most recent experiences as well: the entire staff at the Appleton went above and out of their way to harmonize and balance exactly what I needed for my frame adjustments as well as recalibration. They took care of my needs very smoothly, courteously, and efficiently. I really appreciate all of you and the company as well. I have been coming here for a long while and will certainly continue to. Your great services (customer service also), attention to detail, precision, and care are truly wonderful. Thank you! Customer service goes above and beyond. I’m pretty rough on glasses especially when cleaning the lenses. I popped out a lens and stopped in to have it put back in. As usual there was no problem. Terri, Rob - their smiles and positivity along with staff are the reason my spouse and I keep coming back. Always positive, professional and genuinely helpful. Rob has helped us navigate the insurance concerns with the speed of a wizard and a twinkle in his eye. Terri’s smile is contagious enhancing a welcoming atmosphere wherein you feel comfortable due to the friendly approach regardless of the reason for your visit. That consistency is something we have found to be a rarity in comparison to other competitive choices we have experienced. My eyes have a narrow inset and it is difficult to find glasses that fit me properly but with the help of the staff I find a satisfying attractive fit. We genuinely enjoy our visits at Wisconsin Vision in Appleton and look forward to the next.

Wow what a pleasant experience this morning. I walked into meet Terri who was the best ambassador of Wisconsin Vision. I unfortunately had experienced a recent erroneous step whee my glasses fell victim to a crushing and broken frame. Terri spent 10 minutes on my smashed eyewear and she brought them back to life. I have been seeing Dr. Hubertus and his staff on a yearly basis for approximately 6-7 years if not longer. Dr. Hubertus is pleasant to consult with and conducts a thorough eye examination. Results are always explained and a patient handout recapping the visit is provided for future reference. Most of the technicians that provide assistance at the Appleton location are long time employees and are very knowledgeable in the services that they provide. The staff to include Terri, Rob, & Amanda always make a point to acknowledge you upon arrival and are quick to provide assistance when needed. I highly recommend the Appleton location of WI Vision for top notch, professional, and courteous vision care.

I became a client at this vision store because of the reviews I read and turns out this eye clinic is just as the reviews state. The employees are amazing. Very helpful very knowledgeable about there job and their positive energy is contagious. Amanda was fun to work and even showed me difference in lenses so I could make a solid decision in what I wanted and my glasses turned out perfect. Extremely happy with my experience! The quality of the care I received, my glasses were PERFECT on the first try unlike other places I have been. I received my glasses very fast also. And the pricing is spot on, right in line with "same day" places. UPDATED AS OF 4/21/21: I’ll explain why I took 1 star away. When I received my new prescription something wasn’t right, after about a week I went back and has my eyes rechecked. Waited another week and a half to get my updated prescription. Finally I could see clearly BUT there was a huge scratch on one of the lenses so guess what they have to get redone AGAIN! I just want to be able to see wearing my old pair gives me migraines and I can’t see that well. What a nightmare. This place is the best place to go for anything eye related! I had some concerns with my eyes and they listened and the doctor made sure to address all my concerns. Customer service here is exceptional they made me feel so safe with their COVID safety measures and I will be coming here from now on. I even got help picking out glasses and the prices were just right! For the best experience come here.

The experience from check-in, selecting glasses before my exam and the exam was very efficient. All three employee's were very helpful, friendly and professional. Great selection of eye wear. I accidentally sat on my glasses this morning and bent one of the arms. I contacted Wisconsin Vision at 10:03 a.m. to see if they could take a look at them. I arrived there at 10:22 a.m. At 10:31 a.m. I was out the door and on my way home with my glasses repaired & cleaned, and free of charge. That's what I call fast & efficient customer service.

Just FYI my name is Emily Wolford now. (Not sure how to change my name on this.) I would like to take a few minutes to acknowledge the staff at Wisconsin Vision Appleton Office. My husband and I are beyond happy with the staff and service here. Being over the road truck drivers it is difficult to find doctor’s offices that will to accommodate our crazy schedules. We appreciate that everyone in the office is understanding about our life style. Smiling, knowledgeable employees make our experience pleasant and stress free. As a woman I am grateful to have another woman give me her honest opinion about the shape and color of the frames. My husband appreciates that once he tells them what type of coatings and lens he wants, they atomically know to make sure my glasses are also top of the line. The doctor in the office was amazing. I appreciate that he took as much time as I need to be sure I understand the results of the testing done. When we aren’t on the road Green Bay is where we stay, however because of this fabulous staff we are willing to make the drive to Appleton every time. AMAZING customer service! It felt like going to a friend that genuinely cares about your well being. After having an awful experience elsewhere for my husband's glasses, coming here was the best decision we could have made. Amanda helped for most of our experience and explained everything she could about high index lenses and tried to get us the best deal she could. We'll definitely be coming back for my glasses soon!

I brought my son in for an exam and was greeted promptly. The doctor was right on schedule and she did great at explaining his change in prescription. The staff helped find the perfect glasses! Great experience overall!
