How Often Do I Need My Eyes Checked?
The American Optometric Association recommends the following guidelines for people with no signs of eye or vision problems:

What other conditions are checked for during a child’s eye exam along with the general tests?
Your optometrist may check for lazy eye, crossed eyes, eye misalignment viewing at near distance, color vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination along with the general tests that are assessed.
